Who I am & Why Cinematography
Hey, I'm Angie!! I'm from Hong Kong, China. (The picture at right is a pic from HK. Yep, HK does not only have tall buildings and crowded roads :) ) This is my fourth year at BBA. Count down to graduation! I could speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English and some Spanish. I am also a amateur in Chinese dancing and the piano~ I participated in an movie before and I enjoy watching movies, moreover, I heard so many positive reviews about Cinematography class, so I'm here!!!

He is a business proprietor, exporting watches to foreign countries. He created his own business when most people at that time were satisfied with their conservative jobs. He always love his work so much. He is the first person that motivates my interest to read history and encourages me to speak English in front of others. He is my role model.
My sister Niki is four year younger than me. She is an outgoing, positive girl. She is so good at sports; she always learn a new sport much quicker than me. We quarreled and fought before, but she is still the person I love the most in the world. She is now study in America, just like me. She is in New Jersey and gradually adapts the life there.
My mom is the bravest woman I've ever seen. When she was at her age of around 20, she left from her hometown Xi'an, which is a city in the middle of China, for Hong Kong. She came to work at a hotel in Hong Kong with no understanding of Cantonese. However, she did it and also met my father. Then she became a homemaker and raised my sister and me. I would not own skills like dancing and piano without her efforts.

Suspense is definitely my favorite type! I started to frequently watch movies since the first year I came here. My host brothers and sisters and I would watch a movie every Friday night.
Since I like to watch the reviews before I watch the movie, most of the movies I watched are good. Among all, the three most favorite ones are Triangle, Gone Girl and Contratiempo.
Favorites喜爱
In Triangle, the same scene would happen again and again, but each time there would be a little different thing happen on the character and the ending would be the same--the character would go back to the start of the story. Gone Girl's most interesting part is the reversal of the two main character's personality. As the story keeps going, you would exclaim the wife's EQ and be amazed by her decisiveness. Trailer:Â https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym3LB0lOJ0o
Among these three movies, Contratiempo is the newest one, but it still leaves a great impression on me. All storylines is led by the "lawyer" and the defendant's conversation. You would understand the whole story's truth as their conversation continues. The end of the movie is one of the most exciting and interesting scene.Â
