Plushie

The first plushie gave me a lot of surprise. I was shooting randomly without creating any storyline in my head, but when I tried to edit them together, they started to seem like a story.I also learned how to embed music and edit the exposure or color for the video. However, some of the shots are out of focus and look blurry. My hands were shaky during the shooting process, so some of the scene do not come out good. I added the old movie effect since it fits the theme of "broken screen" at the beginning. But this effect somewhat takes out the natural light I shot, next time I would try another way to edit the video and keep the lightning better. And try to become less shaky during shooting.

For this plushie, I drew the shooting script before I actually shot it, which helped me organize my ideas. I knew what I wanted to do for each steps, so I became much more efficient. I also had a new idea about adding sound effects to the video, which I thought might be interesting. Besides, one of the video effect I used could help to show the different viewing angle of the bear. Through these two plushie videos, I now would not shoot those really shaky or out-of-focus frames, and I could use some basic functions of final cut pro without assistance. I hope I could practice these skills more often in later filming.
